I just returned from a two-week trip through Italy and carried this bag nearly every day (and it still looks brand new). It is small (as am I! :) and just dressy enough that I carried it to dinner, too. It easily converts from a cross-body to a waist bag and held everything I needed on my outings. I also used it as my "cabin bag" on the flight over. My iPhone fit into the back pocket which was against my body and therefore safe and easily accessible. My passport and travel papers fit on the outside RFID pocket with locking zippers. Also safe and easily accessible. I am so glad it is available in navy blue - I prefer wearing navy blue over black, and this just completed the outfits. The locking zippers were a godsend while passing through pickpocket-prone areas. No one even got close (perhaps the name "Travelon" is getting around to those so inclined - I was glad the label, although small and tasteful, was prominently displayed on the front of the bag). Really, really like this bag!
