How do I Register my Travelon product and activate my warranty?

If you purchased your bag and reside in the US, you can register your product at www.travelonbags.com/register

This is strictly a convenience measure for any future warranty action. If you don't register your product, you can still enact your warranty without registering you bag here.

  • Enter the purchase date along with the name and address of the authorized Travelon seller from where you purchased your Travelon product. Travelon’s warranty is limited to the original owner and original purchase of the product.
  • Enter the Manufactures dated Label 14-digit item number and 12-digit UPC number. This label or tag can be found inside your bag or wallet, sewn into the seam.
  • Enter your name, email and other contact information

To receive the quickest assistance within the first 30 day after purchase, please contact your place of purchase. Many sellers have their own warranty and return policies that may over your item.

U.S. & Canada Purchases (for: Anti-Theft Bags, Transit Bags & RFID Wallets)

WHO & WHAT IS COVERED?

Travelon warrants strictly to the original purchaser that Travelon® Anti-Theft bags, Transit bags and Travelon wallets are free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the purchase date. To ensure the integrity of our warranty and support:

  • Coverage is for original owners only and products purchased from authorized Travelon sellers. Shipping costs are not included.
  • We are only able to assist with products purchased through authorized Travelon sellers and retailers—not second-hand marketplaces including: eBay, Poshmark, Goodwill, etc. 
  • Removal of the manufacture label voids the warranty.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

A. Travelon does not accept returns to our warehouse so to get your claim started, we’ll need:

  1. Your name and contact information
  2. Photos of the issue and the product
  3. Dated proof of purchase
  4. A photo of the Travelon Manufacture Label inside the product. See image below.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

While we love our products as much as you do, the warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Neglect or accidents (if unsure, check our FAQs or call first!)
  • Alterations
  • Damage caused by airlines or other carriers

WHAT TRAVELON WILL DO

If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right by:

  • Replacing the product with the same or a similar item, up to the original purchase price (shipping excluded)

C. Legal stuff you should know: Travelon is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including lost items, property damage, personal injury, lost income, or identity theft. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they might not apply to you.

U.S. & Canada Purchases (for all Non-Bag or Non-Wallet products)

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE COVERED?

Travelon warrants strictly to the original purchaser that Travelon® branded travel accessories, packing gear, toiletry kits, travel pillows and electronics are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the purchase date. To ensure the integrity of our warranty and support:

  • Coverage is for original owners only and products purchased from authorized Travelon sellers. Shipping costs are not included.
  • We are only able to assist with products purchased through authorized Travelon sellers and retailers—not second-hand marketplaces including: eBay, Poshmark, Goodwill, etc.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED?

All Purchases Outside the U.S. & Canada

Your Travelon® gear is built for life on the move—airports, train stations, coffee shops, and everywhere in between. We stand behind our products and want you to enjoy them worry-free. If something isn’t right within 90 days from the date of purchase, we’re here to help. 

FIRST STEP: Check With Your Retailer

If you bought your Travelon product outside the U.S. or Canada, start by contacting the store or company where you purchased it. Many international sellers have their own warranty and return policies that may cover your item.

TRAVELON’s WARRANTY COVERAGE

Anti-Theft Bags, Transit Bags & RFID Wallets:

For how Long?

  • With proof of purchase from an authorized Travelon seller: 1 year from the purchase date
  • Without a receipt: 1 year from the Manufacture Date shown on the Travelon Manufacture Label inside the bag. Removing this label will void the warranty.

Who’s and What’s covered?

Travelon warrants strictly to the original consumer purchaser—whether for your own use, or for another end user—that any Travelon Anti-Theft bag, Transit bag or Travelon wallet will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. 

A QUICK NOTE: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Like any travel companion, your bag will naturally show some wear over time from everyday adventures.

What products are not covered?

We cannot warranty products that were purchased second-hand through a social marketplace website or retailer including: eBay, Poshmark, Goodwill, etc.

Other Travelon Products:

All other Travelon products—including electronics—are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

WHEN TO CONTACT TRAVELON

If your retailer’s warranty period has ended but your bag is still within Travelon’s 1-year or 90-day warranty, our Customer Service team will be happy to review your claim. Email: customerservice@travelonbags.com

Please include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Photos of the product and the issue
  • A photo of the Travelon Manufacture Label inside the item
  • Your dated proof of purchase
  • Confirmation that the product is no longer covered by the retailer’s warranty

What Travelon will do:

Once we review your information, we’ll determine the best solution. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Travelon may replace the product with the same or a similar item of comparable value.

If the replacement needs to be shipped outside the U.S. or Canada, international shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
